Takil Surana

Status: Alive and Well
Romanced: Zevran, had threesome with Isabela
Sexuality: Bisexual with a very strong preference towards men.
Looks: Short black hair, steel gray-blue eyes, very pretty with small pointed ears and a distinctive nose.
Personality: Takil is brash and easily irritated. He is scarred by being in the Circles and is very anti-Chantry because of it. However, he still believes that knowledge is important and works to restore any lost knowledge, even being willing to support Chantry members if it means history will be revealed.

After being locked up for so much of his life, he takes great pleasure in things and enjoys the world that Zevran introduces him too. Zevran is one of the few people who can get him to fully relax by distracting him with some new joy or experience he hasn't yet encountered, or by re-exploring a pleasure he knows Tak loves.

Even despite his temper, Tak still has a strong moral code and doesn't handle betrayal well. He also hates anything that takes advantage of the less fortunate.

Overview of Relationships: Tak gets along with all of his companions, as he sees them as a small collection of the only sane people in the world.

Morrigan: He respects and is in awe of Morrigan. He adores how she has such a strong control of her sexuality and embraces her freedom so completely. They even flirted a bit before Zevran came into the picture. They do have one night together and that results in a child. Morrigan basically saved his life with that child, though, so while Tak has some mixed feelings about not being in his son's life, he trusts Morrigan enough to let the boy be in her care.

Alistair: He gets along well with Alistair because he appreciates Alistair's good looks and good humor. They became comrades with a strong sense of brotherhood. Tak put him on the throne because he trusted him more than any other and thinks that Alistair is a great king.

Wynne: Despite his anti-Chantry views and Wynne's tendency to excuse the Circles, Tak still admires Wynne greatly. She is a mage who managed to survive for so long in the Circles, even despite her own personal loses because of it. Mages finding a way to survive is something he always supports.

Leliana: He really wasn't sure what to make of Leliana at first, mainly because he strongly disagrees with her idea that the Chantry can be put to good use. However, she won him over with her skill and her surprising level of kindness. He got her a nug and helped her deal with her traumatizing past. She's Divine now, and if anyone can make his views on the Chantry soften, it's her.

Shale: Holy shit Tak just loves everything about Shale all of the time. Yes please let her hang around forever.

Oghren: He's all right. They get along, and Oghren teaches him how to drink. He didn't really start to get Oghren until after the dwarf's Joining though, and then things about him started to click.

Dog: Who's a good boy? You're a good boy! Just don't chew on Zevran's boots, boy.

Sten: Tak really actually enjoys how straight forward Sten is. He doesn't get the Qun, mainly because he likes the idea that free people should be able to choose who they are, but he and Sten are bros.

Anders: Holy shit. Anders makes Tak happy that he and Zevran have an open relationship because if ever there was a guy he wanted to do terribly naughty things with, it's this fellow ex-Circle mage. He also remembers stories about Anders from the Circle and even admired the blonde back then. If Zevran knew half of the bullshit Anders had to deal with once he was gone, he would have come back home to raise hell with pretty much everyone who hurt Anders, insisted he give up his cat, or drove him away for wanting to help a friend. He really hopes Hawke is taking good care of him and reminding him to eat.

Nathaniel: He's really happy he earned Nathaniel's loyalty. There isn't a better man to have dedicated to your cause.

Justice: Justice was, when he was his own being, incredibly easy to understand. He was cold, and hard, but he was justice. Tak has always responded well to the idea of justice and meeting a spirit who embodied it was lovely. He isn't sure he would recognize his friend now, but that's a whole different can of worms.

Sigrun: Someone protect this precious woman and give her all of the little tiny human trinkets you can find.

Velanna: Tak gets her because he too wants to set fire to everyone around.

Zevran: There aren't enough words for how important Zevran is to Tak. At first, it had just been a way to experience something fun. Honestly, after they started to sleep with each other Tak couldn't get enough of him. Pretty much every time they made camp and had a moment, it was guaranteed that Tak was going to drag Zevran off to his tent. It got to the point that Zevran didn't even have to pretend to set out his own sleeping area because it was a given he would be with the Warden. Then, somewhere along the line of talking about Zevran's upbringing and opening up about being forced into the Circle, the two of them started to mean more. Tak insisted on surviving the arch demon only for Zevran, because being in love with him gave Tak a reason to continue to live. The fact that Zevran is always there, always loyal and at his side, means more than he can ever say. He still wears the earring and always will.

Looks: Long black hair that she tends to keep up but with streams of it fall into her face, light violet eyes, very petite and angular features.
Personality: Naturally, Mahariel tends towards being very kind and gentle when possible. That doesn't make her a push over, but she tends to try to find the path that leads to the least amount of pain for the parties involved. She has issues allowing cruelty to pass though, and tends to believe in punishing guilty parties. She can be very earthy and has a strong connection to the world around her.

She appreciates faith, be it to the Creators or the humans and their Chantry. She holds her traditions very dear and misses her Clan terribly. She finds comfort with her lady love and hates that their duties keep them apart for so long.

Overview of Relationships: Minerva is very likeable and tends to make friends easily, in part because she accepts people for who they are and takes joy in their differences.

Morrigan: Minerva enjoys Morrigan's honesty and how the mage holds to her beliefs. She also appreciates that Morrigan gave her a way to live, even if the ceremony to do so was questionable.

Alistiar: This man is basically the embodiment of a puppy and should be protected. Sometimes she worries she betrayed him by setting him up as king and encouraging him to marry the queen, but he still seems to think highly of her.

Wynne: Hi mom.

Zevran: Minerva appreciates Zevran's humor and his passion. She also enjoys the way he responds to gifts and how he manages to make her feel very pretty without ever really crossing the line into making her uncomfortable.

Shale: They had a rocky start (lol puns) because Shale thought she was too soft, but eventually they got to the point of respecting each other. Helping her discover her past and embracing Shale's femininity helped a bit.

Oghren: Sometimes she isn't sure what to make of him, but she likes encouraging him and enjoys how honest he is about who he is.

Dog: There has to be something ironic about a Dalish elf having the loyalty of such a fine creature, but she wouldn't trade him in for anything. At least he's good about not scaring halla.

Sten: She never fully understood him but she respected him and they got along because both of them tried to get each other in the end.

Anders: She really supports his drive for freedom and hopes the best for him in all cases.

Nathaniel: He's a wonderful friend and she's happy that she spared his life.

Justice: Another person she never fully understood, but understanding spirits is the world of a different sort of elf than her.

Sigrun: Sigrun is super cute and if she wasn't so loyal to Leliana, Minvera would want to kiss her.

Velanna: Angry Dalish elves are things that Minerva is used to, so at least they get along.

Leliana: Soppy love story cuteness. Also, Divine Victoria changes so many rules for her so that's rad.
